BELGIAN WIT (5% ABV)

Mata Blondie is a refreshing, cloudy Belgian style wheat beer brewed with a specially selected Belgian yeast strain. Mouth watering aromas and flavours of coriander and citrus are evident along with a secret indigenous NZ spice. Mata Blondie remains unfiltered to retain its unique yeast character.

We use fresh citrus peel which is in season for this beer, mostly lemon. This offers a delicious citrus character. The coriander is freshly crushed just prior to adding to the fermenter for maximum freshness of flavour.
